Ruqiya Khazi is a Resident Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, a postgraduate qualification in Human Factors and Ergonomics, and Level 2 training in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. She is passionate about providing personalized, evidence-based care to help patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy.

Nehalben is a resident physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2018 and earned a Diploma in Recreation Therapy in 2024. She brings over four years of international clinical experience, treating a wide range of orthopaedic, neurological, paedatric, and pelvic floor conditions.

Since graduating, Nehalben has completed additional certifications in Kinesiology Taping and Yoga Science from India to further enhance her clinical skills and provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Her treatment approach combines patient education, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and individualized rehabilitation programs to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and achieve their personal goals. She also provides pelvic floor physiotherapy, helping individuals manage concerns such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pregnancy- and postpartum-related conditions, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Graham completed his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology in 2014 at University of Western of Ontario, then completed his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2017 at Robert Gordon University in Scotland. Since graduating, Graham has completed courses for acupuncture, functional dry needling, shoulder assessment and treatment, and the CPA Orthopaedic Division level 1 exam.

His treatment approach is patient-centered and involves combining education, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and active self-management to help patients achieve their goals and get back to the activities they enjoy. Ravneet completed his physiotherapy degree from Lovely Professional University, India in 2020, and his Master of Science in Kinesiology at Western University in 2022. Since graduating, he has worked in acute care settings and private physiotherapy clinics. Ravneet’s areas of interest include chronic myofascial pain, tendon injuries, fibromyalgia, developmental delays, autism, dizziness and vertigo. Dr. Alex completed her bachelor of Physical Health Education at Nipissing University (2019) and her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (2023). ​

Dr. Alex has a special interest in athlete care, exercise prescription, functional mobility evaluation, and post partum rehab and return to exercise. ​

Dr. Alex’s assessments get to the root cause of the problem, not just managing symptoms. She uses the most up to date research as well as clinical expertise to get her patients back to doing whatever it is they love.

In addition to the manual care, she also is heavily rehab and exercise focused. It’s kind of her jam. She wants to provide you with the long-term solutions to help get you moving better. She believes that this is truly preventative health care. ​
